Is "whipping your hair back and forth" really an act of plagiarism?

In the popular youtube video, "Whip My Hair Back and Forth," not the original, but one made by the youtube star BeenerKeeKee19952, the song "Whip My Hair Back and Forth" is shown in a completely new light. The song, originally sang by Willow Smith is reenacted, and lip sync by the boy on youtube.
At the beginning of this video, he states that he doesn't want people to "steal" his video and post it on their pages, because it is "not nice." However, nothing about this video is actually HIS OWN. He is breaking copyright law because nowhere throughout the video does it say he got permission from Willow Smith's record company, and also nowhere in the song does it say something about Willow Smith.
Youtube has many videos like this one, that break copyright laws. Because of how easy it is to get famous off of someone else's words, copyright law is slowly going down the drain. People have no morals and do not care about other people anymore. They only want to benefit themselves, which is what most youtube stars are doing.

Copyright infringement has become more and more popular throughout the growing Youtube world. It is easy to access other people's ideas and make them "your own."

Fair trade, is it fair?

In our groups opinion, Fair trade is a good solution to the unfair labor practices in third world countries. The people in third world countries were so neglected and poor BEFORE they were employed by sweat shops, and they thought that their pay and their conditions were good to begin with. In the Fair trade movement, they were given more than they believed they needed, but to us, an americanized society, is not even enough to survive in our world.
